Intense Six-Pack & Perfect Butt Workout


I try to work out on a regular basis and I recently tried the intense six-pack and perfect butt workout at the gym - and I absolutely loved it! I've done the six-pack one before but I somehow stopped showing up at the 8am classes. They now have schedulded these two classes on thursday night and I am definitely trying to keep on going there every week! 


I love working out on the treadmill and with all the weight-stuff but these two 25' minutes classes leave me with this burning in my butt and belly area which just feels soo good!
